Disclosures required under Japan's Specified Commercial Transactions Act (特定商取引法に基づく表記) for the Ai-Sns.io Workdesk subscription service.

The following disclosures apply to the paid subscription plans of the Ai-Sns.io Workdesk service operated by Freeborn Inc. Items marked as disclosed on request will be provided without delay when a customer submits a request in writing or by email.

販売価格 / Price	Prices are as shown on the Pricing page, in Japanese yen, exclusive of tax. All plans are on a standard 12-month contract. In addition to the monthly fee, a setup fee of ¥75,000–¥7,500,000 applies depending on the plan; the PRIVATE AI build fee is ¥7,500,000–¥22,500,000. Annual prepayment receives a 10% discount; monthly billing adds 20% to the listed price. A minimum contract value applies. ENTERPRISE and PRIVATE AI are individually quoted. Consumption tax is shown on each invoice.
商品代金以外の必要料金 / Additional Fees	Setup, data registration, onboarding training, custom development (from ¥750,000) and add-on options are billed separately from the monthly fee. Customers are responsible for internet connection and communication charges.
支払方法 / Payment Method	Bank transfer against an invoice. Transfer fees are borne by the customer. Credit card payment is not currently supported.
支払時期 / Payment Timing	Payable on the terms set out in the individual contract, following issue of an invoice (standard terms: end of the month following the invoice month). The setup fee is invoiced on execution of the contract.
提供時期 / Delivery Timing	Access is provided once the contract is executed and initial setup is complete, normally within 10 business days of execution.
返品・キャンセル / Returns & Cancellation	This is a digital service on a 12-month contract. Cancellation terms are as set out in the individual contract. Because the service is delivered digitally, fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable unless a refund is required by law. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
